¨ All orders within USA are shipped via USPS Priority mail service with insurance and /or delivery confirmation. If you must have other forms of shipment, we will gladly accomodate, just E-mail us. ¨ All orders outside the USA are shipped USPS Air Mail or Global Priority Air Mail. ¨ All items sold as-is. Returns only on items grossly misrepresented...sent wrong item...we take great pride in being accurate on all descriptions, including measurements, stains and damage, etc. We must receive email within 24 hours of delivery of item for adjustments. ¨ If you need more information or pictures of any item please E-mail us.
Order Information Please E-mail us with your Item Number and the page name your item is on. We will check inventory to see if item is still available and email back with the total cost including shipping. Please remember, that the clothing, especially the early items, are 50 to 100 years old and will show some signs of age.
Payment You may use a credit card or mail a check or money order to Matilda’s Closet, 7013 N. 58th Ave, Glendale, Arizona 85301. Pay to the order of Matilda’s Closet and include your shipping address, email address & item number. Make sure you contact us by E-mail before sending payment to make sure the item is still available and we can reserve it for you. Each customer is notified when their check has been received. Items will be held on reserve for 10 days if the payment hasn't been received or the check hasn’t cleared within 10 days the reserve sign will be removed, unless we have been contacted by you for whatever reason.
Credit Card Information We accept the following major credit cards, Visa and Master card. Please E-mail or call us with your credit card information.
After order has been received. We will email you with the status of your item ( all items subject to prior sale) and the amount of your item ( price does not include shipping) We will reserve your item at the time of order confirmation, and give you the total. Your item will be held for 10 days, if payment has not been received by then you will be emailed 2 times to reconfirm the order. If we receive no response or good reason for delay the reserve sign will be removed. When payment has been received the reserve sign will be changed to a sold sign.
Shipping The cost of shipping will be given when you email us with your item request. Each customer is notified when their package has been shipped.
Returns If you receive the wrong item please contact us within "24 hours" of receipt . We will pay shipping for the item to be returned. We expect the item returned in the same condition as shipped out. You will be emailed when we receive the item , your money will be returned the next working day. You will then be notified that the check has been mailed out or charge card has been recredited. Thank you for your cooperation.
Layaways We offer a layaway plan for items $75.00 or more. A 25% deposit is required within 10 days of order date. The remaining balance is due within 60 days of the order date. Please limit your layaways to only 3 items or less at a time. If for some reason the layaway transaction is not completed, all your money will be refunded except the 25% deposit.
